We describe a patient with pustular psoriasis in whom capillary leak syndrome developed after the start of acitretin. Immediate withdrawal of retinoic acid is necessary and corticosteroid therapy should be considered. Published 16 January 2007 in J Am Acad Dermatol, 56(2): 339-42.
